The firm has extensive experience advising national and international companies, in public and private fields, in process of privatization, bidding, purchase and disposal of companies providing service in production and distribution of drinking water, besides collection and disposal of sewage, as well as in electricity distributing and transmitting companies.

We advise companies in operation, exploitation, acquisition and sale of, among others, concessions of sanitary services and linked assets, right of execution and exploitation of transmission assets and electricity distribution concessions, including regulatory process, rate and financing of such activities through syndicated credits or issuance of debt securities, along with relations and conflicts with the competent regulatory and oversight authority, and their representation in administrative proceedings and before jurisdictional organisms.
