Since its inception, Larrain y Asociados provides legal service to insurance and reinsurance companies, liquidators and insurance brokers. We have advised our clients in insurance contracting processes and in the event of claims, their timely complaint, liquidation process, collection of compensation, as well as in corresponding arbitration proceedings.
The firm has trajectory representing corporate clients in all phases of claims, including preliminary analysis of loss, presentation, loss adjustment, negotiation, liquidation and dispute resolution process. Also, we have experience in review and analysis of risk coverage for civil liability, property damage, fire and earthquake, including study and subscription of corresponding policies and discussions with officials of the Superintendency of Securities and Insurance.
