Larrain y Asociados has extensive experience advising clients and public organizations in matters of constitutional and administrative law, as well as in regulatory processes.
Our advice consists of legal opinions, law reports, analysis of the legality of regulatory standards and presentations before the Constitutional Court, public bodies, expert panels and courts of justice in regulatory, sanctioning or auditing procedures.
We have lawyers who have acted in public bodies, allowing us to have unique experience in the field of administrative law. In addition we have experts in the area of constitutional and regulatory law who have participated in phases of study of important laws of the nation.
Participation in different instances of public debate of future laws of the republic:
Labour Undersecretary Ministry of Labour. Advice and legal opinion on the constitutional reform bill referred to the Pension and Retirement laws.
Constitutional Commission of the Chilean Congress. Expert testimony with legal opinion about the constitutional basis of the Governmental Project referred to the reform bill to Chilean Pension and Retirement laws.
National Congress. Active participation in the discussion of the abortion bill.

Report and formal presentation to the Advisory Board of ANDESS A.G. (National Association of Water Utility Corporations) referred to the debate on water rights public use.
Asociación Chilena de la Propiedad Intelectual (ACHIPI). Advise on the legal opinion on the constitutional grounds for a bill that approve the Madrid Protocol in Chile.
