We have vast experience in obtaining environmental permits and licenses, ISO 14.001, application of environmental and international standards, environmental due diligence, and defense of client in investigations, audits, summaries and trials for environmental damage, and, in general, everything related to the Environmental Impact Assessment System.
Acquisition by Ferrovial Airports International Ltd. of 100% of the shares of Transchile Charrua Transmision S.A., the third largest transmission player within high voltage segment in the main electric interconnected system in Chile. Among other aspects of the transaction, our firm performed the due diligence of this company, including highly sensitive environmental and indigenous communities’ issues. This transaction was important as is the first investment of Ferrovial group in electricity transmission in Chile.
Our firm advices Central El Campesino S.A. and GNL Penco SpA on a day to day basis including general advice and strategic planning of environmental challenges faced by both companies that are respectively developing a 600 megawatt gas-fired combined cycle power plant and a maritime terminal “Across-the-dock” denominated “Terminal Penco-Lirquén”.
Our firm advices Santiago Solar S.A. on a day to day basis including general advice and strategic planning of environmental and land planning issues in the development and construction of a 120 MW photovoltaic power plant located in the Metropolitan Region.
