Teresita Vinagre joined Larrain y Asociados in 2017. Her practice is focused in the areas of corporate law, capital markets, and project finance.
She studied at the Faculty of Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and was admitted in 2017. That same year, she completed a Diploma in Corporate Law at the same university. In 2023, she obtained her Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) from King's College London, United Kingdom.
From 2014 to 2017, she was a teaching assistant at the Corporate Governance Center of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
