Manuel Larrain joined Larrain y Asociados in 2014 and focuses his professional practice on commercial, tax and customs matters.

He studied law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LL.B.) and was admitted in 2009. He obtained a Diploma in Tax Analysis and Planning at the same university (2010) and a Certificate in Private Law and Economics (Contracts and Arbitration), taught jointly by Yale and Paris II (2013). He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the University of Paris II (Panthéon-Assas).

Mr. Larrain previously worked as lawyer at another law firm in Chile and at Shearman & Sterling, Paris (2013-2014).

He has worked as an assistant professor of Tax Law 1 and 2 courses at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2017-2021).

Member of the Chilean Bar Association.
