Francisca Peña joined Larrain y Asociados in 2024. Her practice primarily focuses on commercial and corporate law, real estate, tax law, natural resources, project development, and financing.

She studied Law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LL.B.), completing a semester-long academic exchange at the University of Leeds, England. She was admitted to practice 2016 and in 2020, at the same institution, she obtained a Master's degree in Law (LL.M.), specializing in Tax Law.

Previously, Francica worked at Pérez-Iñigo, Ugarte y Baraona Abogados (2022-2024), at the Ministry of National Assets (2020-2022), and in the tax consulting area of PwC Chile (2016-2019).
