Diego Miranda joined Larrain y Asociados in 2026. His practice focuses primarily on commercial and corporate law, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and project development and finance.

He studied at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (LL.B.), qualifying as a lawyer in 2018. Diego holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.), with a specialization in commercial, corporate, and tax law, from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia (2025), awarded with excellence. He also obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Capital Markets Law from the University of Chile (2020) and a Diploma in Legal Project Management from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso (2018).

Previously, Diego worked as an associate at Bofill Mir y Álvarez Jana Abogados (2019–2022) and as a senior associate at Jara del Favero Abogados (2022–2024).

He is currently a Lecturer in Commercial and Corporations Law at the Faculty of Law of the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso.

He has written several opinion articles in specialized legal publications on capital markets and corporate governance.

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association and the International Association of Young Lawyers (AIJA).
