Marcial García joined Larrain y Asociados in 2024. His practice is focused in the areas of litigation and arbitration.

He studied law at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (LL.B) and has an Academic Certificate in Private Law. During 2021 he carried out semiannual internships at the Ministry of Public Works and at the Supreme Court of Chile, through an agreement with the Faculty of Law. He was admitted to practice in 2023.

Previously, he served as Legislative Advisor at Jaime Guzmán E. Foundation (2022-2023).

Between 2018 and 2021 he was an assistant to the chairs of Philosophical Foundations of Law and Natural Law, at the same university.
