César Rivas joined Larrain y Asociados in 2016. He focuses his practice on corporate law.

He studied at Universidad de Concepción (LL.B), pursuing an exchange semester at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University (Toronto, Canada). In 2016 he was admitted and in 2022 he obtained a Master of Laws degree (LL.M.) at the University of St. Thomas School of Law (Minneapolis, USA).

He was Assistant to the Department of Economic Law at Universidad de Concepción during 2014 and 2015.

He is a member of the Bar Association of Chile A.G.
