Claudia Espinoza joined Larrain y Asociados in 2023, focusing her professional practice primarily on labor and social security law, litigation, and arbitration.

She studied Law with a Minor in Political Science at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and was admitted in 2015. Claudia holds a Diploma in Corporate Labor Law (2024) and a Master's degree in Labor Law (2026), both from Universidad de los Andes.

Previously, she worked at Berstein Abogados, then at Sandoval y Compañía (2017-2018), Puga, Varela y Canales Abogados (2019-2022) and SMU S.A. (2022-2023).

She was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez during the first semester of 2011.
