Claudia Espinoza joined Larrain y Asociados in 2023, focusing her professional practice in labor law and highly complex litigation, including civil and commercial matters, and arbitration.

She studied Law with a Minor in Political Science at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, and was admitted in 2015. Claudia holds a Diploma in Corporate Labor Law from Universidad de los Andes (2024), and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Labor Law at the same university.

She previously worked at Sandoval y Compañía (2017-2018), Araya y Cía. (2018-2019), Puga, Varela y Canales Abogados (2019-2022), and SMU S.A. (2022-2023).

She was an assistant professor of Constitutional Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez during the first semester of 2011.
