Alejandra Tapia joined Larrain y Asociados in 2024, focusing her professional practice in labor law and social security, litigation and arbitration.

She studied law at the Universidad del Desarrollo (LL.B.), Concepción campus, obtaining in 2005 and 2006 the best student of the generation award. She was admitted to practice in 2009 and completed a Diploma in Business Labor Law at the Universidad de los Andes in 2010.

Alejandra previously worked at Tapia Elorza y ​​Cía., Concepción, (2008-2012), at Montt y Cía. (2012-2013) and in Mackenna, Cruzat y Cía. from 2013 to 2024.

She was an assistant in Micro and Macro Economic Theory (2004-2005), in Economic Topicality (2006) and in Introduction to Civil Law (2008), at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad del Desarrollo, Concepción. Since 2009 she has been an assistant professor of Roman Law and Introduction to Civil Law, at the same university.

She is a member of the Chilean Bar Association.
