Sebastian Prieto joined Larrain y Asociados in 2008, focusing his practice area in intellectual and industrial property.

He studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (L.L.B.) and was admitted in 2006. He obtained a Graduate Diploma in New Technologies and Intellectual Property at the Universidad de Chile (2009) and received a Master Degree (LL.M.) at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2012.

Previously he worked at RPL Propiedades y Administraciones Ltda. (2003 - 2008)

He is a member of the Chilean Bar Association, of the Inter-American Association of Intellectual Property (ASIPI) and the International Trademark Association (INTA).
