Carlos Ignacio Larrain has been a partner of Larrain y Asociados since 1994. He practices mainly in the areas of corporate law, project financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and tender offers.

He studied Law at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile, and was admitted in 1994.

Mr. Larrain was a foreign associate with Shearman & Sterling in New York, from 1997 to 1999.
